resolution ofresident concerns to maximize resident retention. Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and local, state, and federal laws. Always adhere to Fair Housing requirements and regulations. Process all new resident move-in files in a timely manner according to Section 42/LIHTC guidelines and submit to compliance for final approval.
Complete daily property marketing path walks to ensure maximum curb appeal. Walk apartments marked as ready and communicate with Property Manager and maintenance observed areas of concern. Completes leasing activity/traffic workbook, resident referral inquiries, guest/prospect cards, and marketing logs daily. Assist the Property Manager in the
enforcement of community rules and policies. Accurate and organized collection of rents and other monies due by the community residents. Accepts resident service requests in an accurate and prompt manner and enters in applicable software in live time.
Assists in the resolution of resident questions and complaints. Ability to understand and utilize marketing plan for community. Ability to collect required data for market surveys periodically at the direction of the Property Manager. Assists with local property marketing and leasing activities (e. g. outreach marketing, property tours with prospects/applicants, etc. ). Complete regular property walks & participate in property upkeep plans.
Regular cleaning of office area. Assists with maintenance of the appearance of the office, amenity area, and common areas of the property.
Assists with the preparation and the delivery of required community/resident notices as directed by the Property Manager. Represent your team, community, and the company in a polite and professional manner always. Other Duties as assigned by supervisor.
