Familiar with Rent Manager management software or willingness to quickly learn. Physical Requirements: •Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds. •Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
•Visually look at a computer for extended periods. •Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time. •Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside. •Repetitive hand motions, such as typing. You will be eligible for [10] days (80 hrs. ) of PTO (Paid-Time-Off) per calendar year, which is the accrual rate of 0.83 days per month and is pro-rated during your first year of employment.
