College or training in property/real estate management or bachelor's degree is preferred. Bilingual language skills in Spanish is a plus. 1 year experience in Property Management or Leasing required, Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit required.

Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are preferred.
