About the Job The Leasing Consultant reports directly to the Community Manager. The Leasing Consultant successfully leases and takes an active role in marketing the property and the generation of traffic. RESPONSIBILITIES Shows rent ready apartments. Meets with prospective applicants. Effectively qualify prospective
residents and verifying applications. Prepare lease documents and related paperwork. Take a proactive role in shopping the competition and marketing. Work closely with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate leasing.
Be aware of and relay information regarding the property's general appearance and condition. Prepare and maintain complete resident files. Ensure that all applications are completed in their entirety and in a timely manner. Ensure that the leasing area is clean at all times. Record all paperwork accurately. Address resident concerns so that they are handled quickly and efficiently with established procedures. Assist in collection of rents and preparation
of receipts. Assist in ensuring the deposits are made on a timely fashion and the documentation is carefully made.
Record traffic in software program on a daily basis. Follow up with Guest Cards or a " Thank-You" response within twenty-four (24) hours of the visit with the prospect. Ability to assist the Community Manager and Assistant Manager in the performance of their duties. Be able to Maintain work pace appropriate to given work load. Organized and proficient at time management. Ability to work with and understand persons of all ethnic and family backgrounds. Perform complex or varied tasks Other duties as requested. Must attend Company sponsored events that relate to the development of the team, which, from time to time, may include overnight stays at locations away from the employee's home.
EXPERIENCE Must have basic math skills. High School education or equivalent is needed with proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to pass company sponsored Tax Credit Certification class within the first year of employment. If employee cannot pass the test after the second attempt, the employee will be subject to termination. Proficient in English language in verbal and written communications. Relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions.
Minimum one year in a customer service related field. Working knowledge that included Word, Outlook, and Excel. Working knowledge of general office equipment. The individual in this role should have in-depth knowledge of operating system administration, system optimization, and adherence to Do D cybersecurity standards. Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems on servers and workstations. Monitor system performance, optimize resources, and ensure system security. Apply patches and updates to operating systems manually and

Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement security measures and ensure compliance with Do D standards. Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures (preferably experience in Veritas Net Backup). Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in operating system administration. Perform SCAP scans and fill out STIG checklists. Database Management, including creating and executing queries and creating/modifying mapping between databases. Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Object (GPO) management. Hyper-V file services, DHCP, Print Services, IIS, Apache, OCSP, Microsoft SQL software management.
Minimum Qualifications: An active Do D Secret clearance is required for consideration. Minimum 1 year of experience working in UNCLASSIFIED and CLASSIFIED environments. IAT-II certification is required (Comp TIA Security , CCNA Security, Cy SA , GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP). Comp TIA Linux or Server required. Proven experience as an Operating System Administrator (Systems Administrator, technologist) or similar role. In-depth knowledge of operating system administration and optimization. Familiarity with Do D Cyber Workforce standards and requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Pay and Benefits: Salary Range: $85,000 – $130,000 – The salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, work experience, and their ability to meet the known requirements of the position as determined at the time of hire. Job location will also be a factor in determining the salary offered.
