AS A QUALITY MANAGER, YOU WILL: Be a part of the Plant Leadership Team, responsible for leading and developing a large team (40+ individuals) of Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Incoming and Outgoing Inspection teams, and Quality documentation specialists.

Provide technical management of the Quality management System ensuring retention of the ISO 9001 and accreditation. Act as a guide and liaison to external auditors and other external parties interested in the functioning

of the Quality Management System. Coordinate internal auditing activities, including providing advice to the auditors, performing internal audits and chairing the internal quality auditors meeting.

Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of Quality Management System documentation. Coordinate the Non-conformance Report investigations and associated activities. Coordinate response to customer complaints through investigation responses and implementing Corrective Actions. Work closely with Supply Chain team to ensure timely feedback of Supplier quality concerns, and deploy resources as needed to assist supplier performance as it relates to quality. Facilitate the introduction and upkeep

of process control and monitoring activities particularly in the form of Statistical Process Control and Quality Planning.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Eight years quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment with three years of managerial experience Detailed knowledge of ASME codes (I, II, V, VIII, and IX), PED (European Pressure Equipment Directive) and NDE Experience with APQP Strong systems development background with an emphasis on quality systems of performance measurement Familiar with Lean Principles PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Six Sigma Certified Black Belt
