Drive continuous improvement through the establishment and implementation of quality metrics and customer experience enhancements. Monitor deficiencies and implement solutions to close gaps and mitigate risk. JOB DESCRIPTION: Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs a combination of duties in accordance
with departmental guidelines: Individually performs technical P&C quality reviews advising of issues and trends. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Director on a global quality review process, including development of review statements.
Utilizes problem-solving skills in analyzing metrics and data from applicable systems to identify issues and determine solutions and escalate problems that require system or process improvements. Provides direction and guidance to others in relation to the Quality Assurance Program and quality reviews. Assists in the maintenance of the Quality Assurance Program and Playbook. Provide support and to the Quality Assurance Director in the review documentation
system. Stays current on the P&C risk backssment and consulting service process, procedures and technical resources.
Champions the change management process for the Quality Assurance Program. Engages with leadership to identify areas of technical resource and procedure execution and identifies areas in need of clarification. Recommends development opportunities and process improvements to the Quality Assurance Director May perform additional duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities A solid understanding of the Property and Casualty risk backssment process and consulting service and more generally the role of Quality Control and Assurance across the risk control operation.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external business partners. Experience in coaching and mentoring others to develop skills and knowledge in the risk backssment and consulting service processes. Ability to influence others in accepting ideas that will lead to increased business results. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Applicable professional designations preferred.
