ISO QMS, c GMPs, and performs quality inspections throughout the packaging process Tests and approves the wine quality in the bottle following microbiological and analytical techniques Controls nonconforming product using SAP protocols other inventory tools Performs microbiological swabbing on packaging lines to ensure sterility.
Prepares and completes necessary paperwork and ensures traceability within our Delicato Quality Control software. Pulls holdback samples and transacts them into our holdback room. Performs all quality functions within SAP including transferring inventory, creating samples, holding & releasing product. Monitors inventory of lab supplies Performs process capability
analysis and participates in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis Provides support to DFV mobile bottling location if necessary Other duties may be assigned Non-Essential Duties Other duties may be assigned Minimum Requirements Education and Experience 2 Years directly related experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment Quality Control monitoring experience desired Experience working within SAP Experience working under ISO 22000 certification Certificates and Licenses Acceptable driving history with valid Driver’s License Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient with Microsoft desktop applications SAP knowledge preferred Knowledge of c GMPs Ability to think critically, act professionally,

California Pay Transparency Disclaimer: This is a Non-Exempt position. The pay range for this position is $20.09 to $31.40. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
