Suggests changes to ensure customers are receiving top quality product. Assists with facility audits for GMP and Sanitation Compliance. Prepare and maintain records and documentation. Education or equivalent Essential Skills Must be able to perform each " essential duty and responsibility" satisfactorily.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general company policies and department procedures. Must be able to read and understand weights and measures to ensure accurate lab tests. Ability to understand production, quality and safety reports Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and production staff. Read and follow instructions accurately to ensure efficiency and quality of finished product. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of people. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl, talk and hear, occasionally sit, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Must have excellent color vision. WORK ENVIRONMENT Team Member will be exposed to manufacturing environment. Noise levels usually require hearing protection. Occasionally working in various temperatures, i. e. around an oven and packaging equipment. Works with various chemicals. Some chemicals may be hazardous when handled improperly.
