Work closely with other Quality Assurance engineers, help stablish the organization's QA roadmap, and build a world-class QA engineering team. Help define, collect, and present

QA metrics to ensure that our QA process is as healthy and efficient as possible Work in an agile environment, helping improve process and follow QA best practices.

Execute manual test cases, including ad-hoc and exploratory testing as needed. Document and/or review testing results working closely with developers and product owners to resolve reported issues. Participate in Agile events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint retrospectives) Show expertise in reproducing, analysing and finding the root cause for clients' issues Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. 3-5 years of QA experience. Familiarity with Agile QA methodologies.

Knowledge of various software testing methods (Regression, Load/Stress, Code Coverage Analysis, Black/White box testing, Acceptance, Performance) Ability to work in an Agile team environment and handle changing priorities.

Good database skills. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$82,300]] to [[$119,350]] , depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
