Manages the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Control Plan (QCP). Coordinate and supervise elements of the QCP to include inspections, deficiencies, record keeping, and reporting employee data to ensure US Army SERE School Quality Control and Quality Assurance objectives and standards are met.
Coordinate closely with the PM/DPM, Contracting Officer, COR, government Course Manager, Army SERE School leadership and other agencies to ensure effective Quality Control and Quality Assurance for SERE School program. Maintain an understanding of current Quality Control/Quality Assurance best practices, US Army SERE School, installation, TRADOC, US Army and Do D policies,
SOPs, and guidelines pertaining to SERE training. Required Skills and Experience: US Citizen Do D SECRET clearance. Three (3) or more years of documented and verifiably [successful] experience managing a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Program.
Desired Skills and Experience: Graduate of a Do D full spectrum SERE - C course including Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PDG) and Hostage Detention (HD) training. Training may be from a singular course or multiple courses as long as training in all skillsets has been completed Previous teaching/instructor experience at a Do D SERE Level C School. Previous experience managing mission support functions at the US Army SERE school. Prior
