and optimize shareholder value. Required Experience/Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field. 3-10 years of direct Quality Engineering experience with high-tech, complex systems.
Able to work in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal skills. Security Clearance Requirement: A Secret level security clearance is required Preferred Experience: Experience identifying and controlling Foreign Object Debris (FOD) areas. Experience with Material Review Boards (preparing for and briefing). Experience coordinating and performing supplier audits. Experience with identifying need for closeout photos, ensuring photos are taken, and reviewing photos.
Familiar with supply chain management. Experience with MDA Mission Assurance Provisions.
Experience with missile programs.
