of the entire documentation, and physical inspections are conducted in accordance with the quality control project plan. but are not limited to: Have a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the contract, each subcontract, and the plans and specifications to assist the project manager and superintendents in developing the on-site procedures.

Lead, Manage, and mentor the subcontractor's Quality team members. Assist the client in developing an industry-leading QA/QC vision and strategy. Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and all other project-specific quality control reports. Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications

by direct review and leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when necessary. Conduct and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written minutes as described in project-specific contract documents.

Provide daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard and constructively. confronts non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner. Place all reports into Procore. Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up meetings to understand the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work. Verify and document that all materials

received for the project conform with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately, and are acceptable for use in the project.

Coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems. Provide training to Project Managers and Superintendents in addition to trade partners. Perform quality control testing and inspection in adherence with contract requirements and company best practices. Minimum Requirements: Construction management (CM) certification or equal educational experience Ability to accurately read and interpret design documents (drawings and specifications) Extensive knowledge of International Building Codes (all codes but with a primary focus on Mechanical and Structural) and ability to interpret the intent of Owner project Specifications.

Extensive knowledge of ASME codes (B31.3 and B31.1) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour construction safety training Understands the requirements of fire-rated construction requirements Requires U. S. Citizenship and can pass a background/drug screen Proficiency in various computer design and project scheduling software Experience with construction practices involving semiconductor support facilities (CUB, Gas Pads, Chem Rooms, etc. ) Experience using MS Excel or related cost estimating software to develop cost estimates for change order negotiations In addition to the above-listed minimum requirements, candidates who possess the following skills, experience, and capabilities may receive more significant consideration during the evaluation process: OSHA 30 Certification Project Scheduling Experience Thorough knowledge of Airport Construction Document Control Experience Capable of successfully solving complex contracts and contract-related technical problems requiring excellent judgment Bilingual (English/Spanish) 3i Contracting LLC offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
