Qualifications You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-14 , you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Assisting in or providing recommendations on the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance to organization practices or procedures; AND Creating and/or editing documents to support agency Privacy projects and program initiatives, such as System of Records Notices (SORN), Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA), Privacy Impact backssments (PIA), Information Sharing and Access Agreements, or Office of Management and Budget (OMB) mandates; AND Experience working within a Privacy program that directly relates to Privacy Act Laws and regulations.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement , if applicable: For the GS-14 , you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks. Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

The facility typically shuts down annually between Christmas and New Year's Day. As such, all BEP employees must take leave for workdays during the shutdown period.
