Launch Loyalty a division of Careington International Corporation, assists dental offices and dental groups create membership plans in order to increase treatment plan acceptance and patient loyalty within the dental office.
The Membership Plan Advisor is responsible for bringing on new multi-location dental group clients to Launch Loyalty. This position will include, outbound (warm and cold) calling to set up demos, selling over the phone, overcoming objections, taking inbound sales calls, face to face sales and prospecting for
new dental group leads as needed. This is a hybrid working position. This full-time role will require you to work from our corporate headquarters in Frisco, TX, three 3 days per week.

(Average 40-50 calls daily) Will take incoming calls through our Launch Loyalty queue in response to eblasts sent and other marketing initiatives that drives incoming calls Prospect for new dental group leads as needed Schedules and performs demos for decision makers Builds rapport with potential clients and maintains a relationship after contracted Communicates effectively through email with potential clients Explains the benefits of having an in-office membership plan Overcomes objections to close the sale Contract dental offices and submit forms internally Able to handle retention efforts as needed Cross trained to help existing clients with day-to-day needs Travels as needed to sell in person, generally at dental conferences Exceeds expected minimum production Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or previous sales experience, including retail Strong customer focus and attention to detail Experience selling to dental offices is a plus Excellent communication skills and phone manner Solutions driven individual Good time management and prioritization skills Organized, self-starter, who can work autonomously without being micromanaged Ability to travel up to 25% MON Qualifications 0" > Skills 0" > 0" > 0" > Behaviors 0" > 0" > : 0" > Motivations 0" > 0" > : 0" > Education 0" > 0" > 0" > Experience 0" > 0" > 0" > Licenses & Certifications 0" > 0" > Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
