The Engineering organization is dedicated to consistently providing high quality product

designs in support of multiple product areas. What You'll Get to Do: The Data Management Analyst plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications to ensure customer contract requirements are met.

Supports CDRL/SDRL submittals per established program contractual requirements and specifications. Attends proposal meetings to support RFQ/RFP to develop and submit data management BOE. Attends kick off meeting when contract is awarded to learn contractual requirements and specifications in relation to data markings and disclosure statement for CDRL/SDRL submittals. Ensure compliance

to company established processes and policies. Works closely with program team to ensure that all requirements are accurately met and compliance to our company established processes.

Provides guidance on data marking and industrial standards when necessary and assists with any issue resolutions impacting CDR/SDRL submittal. Maintains records of CDRL/SDRL submittal in company PLM system. Support AS9100 as well as internal and external audits in relation to Data Management function. Reviews established homeroom directives (HD) and update as necessary per the 3 years review cycle. Development any necessary HDs to supplement established company policies for clarity.

Ensures that data management goals are met. Contributes to data management internal projects as well as the upgrading of standards and best practice guidelines. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience working in a corporate engineering or manufacturing setting OR Master's with 1 year of experience OR in leiu of a degree, candidate would need 7+ years of experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment Proven written/communication and analytical skills and proven ability to handle detail-oriented work processes Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Must have a good understanding of Excel including creating reports, spreadsheets, and tables and proficient in manipulating data and formats of spreadsheets.

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to follow processes. U. S. citizen and ability to obtain Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with complex databases i. e. SAP, Tc E (PDM), ENOVIA Prior military experience Experience within the Defense Industry Experience with Data management Current active security clearance Salary Range: $79,300 - $118,900The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
