Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing coordination, development, analysis of planning, programming, resourcing, acquisition, and program management; AND coordinating special projects and directing operators to integrate emerging technologies into combat applications.

Desired experience with Naval Special Warfare or Joint Special Operations or comparable operations with some other government agency. Desired experience with Do D capability analysis, advanced technology development, and RDT&E ideally with a Defense Laboratory, a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), a University Affiliated Research Center (UARC), or a university.
