Job Title: Senior Club Fitter - TPI (AKA Senior Club Fitting Analyst)Salary Range: $78,000 - $97,000; plus bonus eligible Summary: Conduct consumer golf club fittings of the best in class for players of all ability levels at the world's finest golf improvement facility.

The Titleist Performance Institute is the epicenter of fitting, educating, and training those who fit the Titleist golf clubs. Fitters at this facility should be and be seen as the best fitters in our company and industry. They represent the brand and should inspire other fitters to conduct high-quality

club fittings. Responsibilities: Conduct industry-leading club fitting experiences for serious, dedicated golfers.

Exhibit excellent technical knowledge of club fitting variables such as club head and shaft properties. Display superior communication skills to make complex topics easy to understand. Use launch monitor data seamlessly during fittings to draw correct conclusions and share data effectively with consumers to increase their understanding and belief in fitting results. Exhibit a thorough knowledge of golf instruction to help players understand how technology impacts performance. Present fitting training that educates and inspires Titleist Fitting Specialists and Partner fitters from our global markets.

Represent our fitting methods enthusiastically and accurately to enhance fitting and communication skills of fitters. Conduct on-camera fittings as a subject matter expert that demonstrates Titleist fitting methods as part of our media outreach to support fitting and product launches. Conduct Level 1 TPI physical screen backssments and recommend workout programs to assist with the golfer's physical limitations. Recognize and communicate the body-swing relationship to the golfer and how this affects performance and their recommended club specifications.

Assist fitting method and product development by sharing experiences and testing/refining new fitting methods and new fitting tools. Provide Clubs' R&D with insightful feedback on player performance, product performance, and competitive marketplace trends. Provide prior Titleist Performance Institute guests with follow-up phone calls and emails to be a long-term trusted advisor and their personal club expert. Other duties as needed. Qualifications: A BS Degree is required. TPI Certified in Level 1 and Level 2 highly preferred. Minimum five years' experience full-time club fitting at an expert level.

Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be comfortable working with the best players in the world of golf. PGA of America member preferred. Ability to lift sample-filled golf bags and associated other equipment (30 lbs. ) multiple times/day. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours per day) outside year-round. Willingness to travel up to 10 overnights per year. A thorough understanding of golfers, golf club performance, and how player technique impacts performance is required. Must be a skilled communicator to take complex fitting and equipment information and present this information in ways consumers can understand and utilize.
