Excellent communication skills both written and oral to solicit commercial sponsorship, knowledge of selling techniques, and experience negotiating contracts. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must be able to effectively communicate with external partners, MCCS employees,

and military personnel. Intermediate knowledge of solicitation techniques, including identifying key personnel in external agencies, cold calling ability, creating solicitation collateral, and public speaking skill preferred.

Experience in contract drafting, execution, and ability to draft after action reports preferred. Ability to interpret Do D and USMC policies concerning sponsorship agreements and contracts. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
