skills Proactive problem solving abilities; adaptable to inevitable changes Discretion in handling confidential materials and issues Description The Design Studio Coordinator's responsibilities will straddle design project support and team coordination across a sizable creative team.

This role will manage multiple design- and team-related requests, showing flexibility and problem solving abilities; will require the ability to adjust and prioritize due to last minute changes from conflicting requests; will involve helping to develop visually-oriented creative projects; and will assist in the coordination and facilitation of key team meetings. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute

projects in services of the design studio Provide support across Visuals Studio team in presentation building, editing, and design Curate and maintain presentation templates Help organize and support team-based events Run internal communication channels Manage scheduling meetings and team calendars Education & Experience Bachelors/equivalent experience preferred 5 years of demonstrated work experience at a design, ad, or digital agency or at a technology company Portfolio or presentation demonstrating relevant work is required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $37 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
