This role will work 7 days and then have the next 7 days off 10 hour shifts 176 shifts per year Closed ICU Full spectrum of specialties to support # Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Care: Provide direct medical care to hospitalized patients, including managing acute medical conditions, performing medical procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. # Conduct thorough medical evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
# Continuity of Care: Facilitate seamless transitions of care by actively participating in multidisciplinary rounds, coordinating with primary care physicians, and ensuring appropriate follow-up care for patients. # Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records, documenting patient backssments, diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and clinical progress in compliance with hospital policies and procedures. # Quality Improvement: Collaborate with other healthcare providers to identify opportunities for improving
patient care, implementing best practices, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
