program that assures prompt repairs of high quality through providing a customer record and follow-up system, resolving customer complaints and building loyal clientele for the dealership Initiate and control service promotion and advertising Manage solicitation of new business by telephone, mail, and personal contact of selected former customers and local fleets or businesses on a regular basis Establish job assignments with related functions and train employees to perform those functions What You Bring: At least 5 years of experience in an automotive service department Exceptional customer service and customer relationship building skills Proven follow up and organizational skills The ability
