Job Summary The Finance Management Support Analyst will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial support to the FRD FIO Service Center. This position involves assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with governmental financial regulations. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare the monthly financial slides for the FIO Service Center
based on data pulled from Navy ERP and MOD Tracker. Download and prepare the weekly OSIC/QA undistributed report for the PEMs and FIO management. Process to review, reconcile and update on a monthly basis the in MOD Tracker the financial line items from Navy ERP.
Reconcile the weekly Service Center cost upload into MOD Tracker vs. the month end Navy ERP CJI3 (cost report). Upload FIO's monthly Service Center cost file from NERP into MOD Tracker to match MOD Tracker's weekly cost files. Create Change Request (CR) to create reports and reconciliation reports in MOD Tracker. Upload the Service Center monthly revenue file from NERP into MOD Tracker to match MOD Tracker's revenue data.
Provide line items by funding documents to determine any revenue out of balance between NERP and MOD Tracker.
