The Transportation and Access Specialist will provide a seamless experience for our truck drivers entering and exiting the yard of a high-profile customer. The successful Transportation and Access Specialist will be customer experience focused with an extreme attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately and efficiently obtain all necessary

information from truck drivers to allow them to check-in/check-out Inspect trailer conditions to ensure safe loading for our brewery team Audit Bills of Lading (BOL) for exiting truck drivers Adhere to company rules and regulations and make safety a priority at all times Push " Shipper of Choice" mission forward by providing great driver check-in/check-out experiences for every driver entering or leaving the yard Efficiently communicate with drivers, warehouse supervisor, and co-workers in a professional manner Maintain a 5S workspace Problem solve when needed QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws

and regulations and may be required prior to employment Prior work experience in a customer service role Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed) Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public Mediate conflict with tact, diplomacy; good conflict resolution skills Effective oral and written communication skills Be able to work flexible schedules and respond to work assignments with little to no advance notice Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors Problem solving skills Active listening skills backss and evaluate situations effectively Identify critical issues quickly and accurately Research, investigate, compile information Write informatively, clearly, and accurately Teamwork Attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior security, military, law enforcement or other protective service industry experience BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company's 401 (k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal day Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
