Key responsibilities of a Busser/Runner: -Guest Service - though bussers may not interact with guests as often as other team members, they are still expected to communicate effectively when guests need their attention -Provide a friendly, relaxing, professional demeanor and assist servers as needed -Cleaning tables - removing plates, utensils, drinkware from tables and sanitizing all surfaces -Resetting tables in a timely manner for the next guests -Cleaning various areas in and around the restaurant -Emptying trash cans -Expedite/run food to the correct tables -Notify management of any facility issues -Clean up
