Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate is expected to generate peer-reviewed publications and assist
with leading research efforts in thermochemical biomass conversion. The successful candidate will assist in the development of new thermochemical bioprocessing technologies.
The hire will be expected to work with a diverse team comprised of engineers, chemists, economists, and entrepreneurs from academia, industry, and national labs. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Department Required Skills: A Ph. D. in chemical engineering, biological engineering, agricultural engineering, environmental engineering, or a closely related field Skills in carbon material characterization and electrochemical analysis are required. Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education: Has conducted research
focused on pyrolysis and graphitization Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
