The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Manager of Global Sales Operations and their primary partners, including members of Executive Leadership, Sales Leadership, and Sales across Wolters Kluwer CP & ESG and its teams.

You will manage sales systems support, applications management, and overall data hygiene and cross-system reconciliations. In this role this is a new role to Wolters Kluwer CP & ESG and will be someone in furthering the digital sales transformation goals within the company. #LI -Onsite. and sales support cases across the division by providing support to users. Directly maintain sales support case queues and related platform configuration to support your department objectives and resources.

Lead efforts to develop a prioritized roadmap of run-the-business enhancements and optimizations to keep pace with the needs of our users. Be a subject-matter expert and a necessary point of contact for the business on sales and support tools and processes. Develop sales reporting and internal capabilities and provide trend, market, and competitive analysis. Develop new reporting tools, models, and insights as needed. Work closely with multiple teams on a roadmap of projects and drive

their execution. Advise on the design and implementation of Salesforce CRM tools, most notably Outreach / Revenue.
