implementation timelines, testing strategies and user adoption plans; Coordinating with other Second Line and enterprise-wide programs/projects and partnering with stakeholders (Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Front Office) to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies; Supporting management in executing change initiatives and managing and supporting management information reporting to senior stakeholders, including transparency in status communication and advising on ad-hoc senior stakeholder requests; and, Facilitating workshops and leading working groups to backss the current state processes and technology and identify opportunities for enhancement.
