employment opportunities from existing business contacts, as well as seeking new contacts Act as a liaison between the employer and participant to assure good work performance and that the client has clear understanding of the task to be performed Maintain open communication with participants and their families to ensure client progress Assist clients to establish community connections and make referrals to relevant community agencies Coordinate and conduct meetings/conferences for clients with Vocational Rehabilitation as needed Be accessible, flexible and cooperative to the various customer groups and their needs Represent the participant as they seek employment, based on their needs and interest
