The Youth Care Worker Position at Miracle Houses Inc is expected to: Role model and mentor youth in a positive and professional Work cooperatively with other team members throughout the agency Lead enriching group discussions and recreational activities for youth Maintain up to date and accurate documentation
of client activities Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED is required Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred Minimum of two years population specific experience working with children ages 6-17 is preferred Physical Requirements There may be regular contact with clients who demonstrate challenging behavior.
Therefore, the incumbent should maintain sufficient physical agility to rapidly extricate themselves and clients from building in case of emergency. Additional Requirements The incumbent must be teachable and willing to learn. Must have a valid NC driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to demonstrate effective self-regulation
