in developing marketing strategies, including go-to-market strategies and product specific marketing campaigns to support sustainable growth as well as coordinate brand management of bringing awareness and strengthening the company’s brand and product exposure.
Essential Functions40% Strategic Marketing Plan· Assist in formulating ideas and suggestions for effective marketing strategies through utilization of various communication tools and media channels· Promote optimization and integration of Hyundai Translead's marketing platforms to enhance customer service experience and marketing efficiencies· Conduct industry market research· Monitor competitors’ news and marketing activities·
Collect and analyze company’s website data & metrics· Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Engineering to understand product enhancements and features 40% Marketing Campaign· Assist in designing go-to-market strategies and product/service related marketing campaigns to support strategic sales/marketing initiatives· Execute marketing campaigns and backss the effectiveness of campaigns through actual sales performance and market feedback· Develop E-marketing strategies to increase the marketing campaign’s effectiveness· Support and understand brand and customer’s needs to successfully execute and communicate relevant campaigns· Design and execute customer/dealer surveys through CRM marketing tools to understand the market for product enhancement 20% Marketing Support· Support ongoing marketing activities and projects, including all tradeshows, product launches, and marketing collateral development· Other duties as assigned Minimum Education and Experience Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or the equivalent level of professional experience· 1 year of marketing experience such as marketing planning, message creation, and social media marketing · Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills· Strong creative and analytical abilities Preferred Requirements · Adobe Creative Suites experience The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
