Washes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Follows all written and verbal instructions concerning department equipment use and maintenance. Maintains and changes dish machine chemicals as needed. Generally, keeps kitchen (work area) clean; including walls, doors, and stainless areas polished. Manages trash removal from kitchen. Follow all safety procedures when handling kitchen equipment. What are we looking for?
Must be 18+Experience working as dish machine operator Must be flexible - Able to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts required. Able to support other Food and Beverage operations and outlets Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
