of discipline and innovation to drive growth for the company. About the Role Our Workday Media Center of Excellence (Co E) team is looking to add a Paid Search Marketing manager to help oversee Paid Search efforts.
We are looking for a Paid Search Marketer who is both strategic and tactical, makes metrics based decisions and is passionate about performance marketing. This position reports to the Global Paid Search Lead. Responsibilities Partner with various marketing teams, stakeholders, and agencies to build custom programs and strategies that will help Workday achieve our targets. Develop paid search strategies aligned with Workday's business objectives.
Which include keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and bid management. Launch new and scale existing paid search programs; expanding keyword coverage, experimenting with ad copy, audience targeting, and landing page testing. In collaboration with our agency partner you will set up, monitor and optimize ad campaigns, keywords, and ad copy for optimal performance. Assist in managing the allocation and optimization of Paid Search budgets to maximize targets. Regularly generate campaign performance reports and presentations, highlighting key results, insights as well as next steps.
Collaborate with cross-channel Media Co E members to leverage best practices and opportunities across channels. Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies. Apply the latest best practices in paid search marketing to our campaigns. About You To succeed in this role you should be someone others might describe as: A critical and analytical thinker, curious, and a problem-solver who takes initiative Results oriented, creative, resourceful, detail oriented, and highly organized Fun, ethical, and a passionate team player who has a sense of humor Possessing excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Possessing content writing and editing skills Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3-5 years working in SEM channels with hands-on experience managing large SEM PPC campaigns.
Very comfortable analyzing web analytics in tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Strong MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data analysis) You already understand and are completely comfortable speaking about topics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, MQL, ROI and understanding how these metrics can affect each other Other Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising Experience using Google Ads Editor and/or Microsoft Advertising Editor to make account changes/optimizations Experience with Adobe Ad Cloud or any other bid management platforms.
Minimum of 2+ years working in the B2B Saa S vertical Agency experience Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
