General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Marketing Production Specialist will provide operational and administrative assistance to the Marketing Team to meet the marketing production needs of the organization.
This position will also assist with the Product Registration Department's requests for production support. Key Skills and Abilities Include: Requires excellent interpersonal skills Proficient with computers utilizing Mac OS, creative applications
and Office 365 Ability to work and contribute in a team setting Strong organizational skills needed with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments Excellent attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills High-level of professionalism Key Personal Attributes Include: Associate degree or related work experience Two years prior experience in customer service or marketing-related field preferred Agriculture industry experience a plus Willingness to work overtime as needed Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables include: Coordinate with Creative Services Manager to produce and distribute requested marketing materials via Workfront Produce product labels in coordination
with the Product Registration Department as required for various manufacturing facilities Manage custom orders and coordinate production with promotional vendors Maintain inventory of production supplies such as paper, and shipping materials Communicate equipment malfunctions to the Creative Services Manager and appropriate vendor, consulting with equipment technicians on specific issues and finding solutions Research new materials, shipping supplies and production equipment needed to steward the budget and broaden the capabilities of the Marketing team (as needed) Process invoices pertaining to the Kennewick office and Marketing Team via AP Scanner Maintain records for all office expenses accrued on behalf of the office Answer the phone and direct calls as needed Manage Kennewick office shipping and receiving Other duties as required and assigned Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $18.80 - $23.76 per hour.
