Team Manager will play a key leadership role within The Op Games' marketing department. This position is responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and overseeing various marketing services, including events, digital advertising & marketing, social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and analytics.

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategies and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Interaction: Interface with key department personnel: Marketing, New Business, Creative, Product Brand Management, Sales, Customer Support and IT. Work with outside parties including licensors, advertisers, sponsors, media,

agencies, and consultants. Priority Ranking: Marketing Services Oversight and Team Management - Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support where needed.

Ensure team success through oversight of marketing services, including but not limited to events, social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, and analytics. Project Management - Maintain up-to-date status of marketing projects and requests for the services team, including content calendars and schedules for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and relevant content. Intra-department and Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing Team

to ensure efforts across social media, website, and consumer/retail email distribution are conducive to the overall product marketing strategy.

Responsibilities : Manage marketing services team through oversight and mentorship. Research new marketing opportunities, and testing with the appropriate service team members. Update processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Act as 'first point' of communication for marketing services within the company. Attend and represent the marketing department at meetings, both internally and with outside license stakeholders. Work with product marketing team and department manager to provide up-to-date analytics and budget details.

General Marketing Support: Other support as assigned including, but not limited to: assisting the marketing team with planning, brainstorming, budgeting, presentations, events, trade shows, customer service, proofing, file organization, meeting note-taking, and other support tasks. Time Distribution: 50% - Managing services team through collaboration, mentorship, and task priorities 30% - Project management 20% - Meetings Qualifications : Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in team management. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies. Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of tabletop gaming, licensing, and/or toys is a plus. Required Skills : Ability to build relationships and trust across partners, teams, and individuals through clear and diplomatic communication. Strong collaboration skills to resolve issues through patience, empathy, and positivity. Highly organized with the ability to manage divergent brands and projects effectively. Self-starter who takes initiative and drives results. Regularly generates new concepts and strategies to enhance product awareness and engagement.

Experience with Airtable or other project management system. Effective multitasker with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Job Requirements: Strong leadership skills and ability to provide direction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and self-motivated. Excellent time management and organization skills. Learns quickly and able to change in fast paced environment with ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines. ~95% onsite, 5% travel. Preferred Job/Industry Experience: Knowledge of collectible, toy, or board game industry preferred.

Knowledge of pop culture (film, TV, comic book, graphic novel, anime, video game, tabletop game, literature, toys, collectibles) required.
