Our Managed Accounting Solutions team is currently seeking a Manager to support our clients in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general accounting services, financial reporting solutions and other accounting advisory recommendations to help our clients meet their business objectives. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Manage the overall accounting and financial reporting function by reviewing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and preparing financial
statements Examine completed financial statements and provide timely review notes to staff to ensure client needs are being met consistently Review and sign quarterly and annual payroll tax returns Increase the accuracy and transparency of the company's financial standing by preparing reports and dashboards to help our clients understand their financial data and provide solutions to enhance best practices Perform cash projections to effectively manage cash balances and maximize the return on any excess cash balance Proactively identify accounting, internal control, and financial reporting deficiencies and provide guidance for implementing solutions and process improvements Train and assist with the development of new and current staff Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting 6+ years of accounting experience (public accounting preferred, but not required) Proficient in Quick Books Online and/or willingness to embrace new technology Highly adept at planning and organizing workload to manage multiple client engagements in an accurate and timely manner Ability to multi-task, think independently and be an expert problem solver Minimum Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field 3 years supervisory experience Must have active CPA or equivalent certification Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Must be able to travel based on client and business needs Proficient use of applicable technology REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONIf you are a qualified individual with a disabilityyou may request reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access this site as a result of your disability.
