is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote). Starting base salary = $76,000 - $95,000 a year (commensurate with related experience). The Senior Marketing Specialist contributes to the development of marketing plans for assigned AONL programs, products and services and serves as back up to the digital marketing role.
Implements and coordinates marketing activities that includes researching targeted customer segments and completing associated messaging. Implements campaigns targeting specific market segments or focusing on specific products or product lines. Executes marketing campaign strategies. Deploys broad omni-channel engagement, including but not limited
to print, e-mail, direct mail, digital newsletters, web, mobile, video, and social media. Contributes to the development of multi-channel integrated marketing plans meant to promote AONL and its products and services.
Analyzes and evaluates appropriate marketing channels to support plans. Ensures campaigns target specific market segments or focus on specific products or product lines. Implements targeted marketing campaigns with measurable objectives for assigned program areas. Prepares print, online, and other forms of advertisement. Assists with special events or promotions. Measures and analyzes campaign results to determine return on investment. Acts as a subject matter expert, keeping
abreast of best practices, trends, tools and techniques related to marketing.
