Responsibilities Oversees key strategy decisions for sales and marketing strategy, audience segmentation, product positioning, effective messaging, and collateral.
Leads marketing and subject matter expert teams to execute marketing and sales strategies. Oversees integrated inbound (digital, ABM) and outbound (sales outreach) tactics along customer journey. Manages multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks across plays to meet deadlines. Evaluate sales
play and marketing strategy performance against strategic business goals using marketing and business analysis. Communicates impactful insights from inbound and outbound performance and initiatives.
Establishes and scales consumer insights generation practices through learning agendas, test and learn frameworks, optimizations, and stakeholder input. Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners. Identifies opportunities to improve sales play ways of working, marketing processes, integrated strategy performance, and tactics. Continuously seeks out opportunities to improve Sales Play marketing processes and drive efficiency. Drives
efficiency and clear roadblocks to achieve business objectives. Performs other duties as assigned by Sales Acceleration leadership team.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or another relatable field - Required Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or another relatable field - Preferred10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or sales experience.7 years of experience in Campaign management experience identifying the strategies you will use to support business goals, then designing, planning, testing, and monitoring the campaign while analyzing results along the way.1 year of experience in Digital media strategy planning, optimization, and analysis experience.1 year of experience in PEO or HCM industry experience.
Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $119,350 - $187,550. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
