Responsibilities of the Chargeback Coordinator: Investigate and analyze chargeback claims initiated by financial institutions, identifying root causes and discrepancies Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize and manipulate data, creating reports and summaries for chargeback trends and resolution strategies Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for dispute resolution Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the
development of best practices for chargeback management Qualifications for the Chargeback Coordinator: Proven experience in a similar role within an e-commerce or retail environment Experience with a consumer product, ideally at a wholesaler or retailer Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Education Requirements: Bachelor
