Master's Degree preferred. Position Purpose : The Retention Marketing Sr. Specialist serves as a marketing consultant focused on supporting customer engagement and retention initiatives. Leveraging marketing expertise,

the Sr. Specialist works closely and collaborates with Customer Support partners to understand areas for strategic marketing activity and works closely with internal marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, initiatives and tools designed to drive customer retention and engagement activity.

This role also works closely with the Marketing Multimedia team and Customer Support on content planning and the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content distribution to our worldwide operators. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Seek and coordinate opportunities for the development and maintenance of good partner and colleague relationships;

foster an environment that ensures colleagues maintain a clear understanding of customer engagement and retention priorities and opportunities.

Work closely with Customer Support partners to understand the best retention and engagement opportunities and provide recommendations for readily available marketing tools to assist; identify opportunities where tools, initiatives or marketing campaigns can be developed in collaboration with marketing teams to help drive engagement and retention; partner with insights, analytics and business transformation teams to further develop or right-size retention initiatives. Develop strategies that target various audiences - ranging from existing operators to new-to-brand operators to management companies with differing levels of engagement.

Provide leadership to projects, including timelines, budgets, production and analytics, including but not limited to marketing tools, customer communications, and customer experience initiatives. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop project briefs related to marketing campaigns, initiatives or marketing tools; be willing to serve as lead for the duration of these projects. Partner with internal marketing project management, creative and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time.

Support brand vision set by Marketing leadership and reinforce vision in review of creative developed by design and copy teams. Additional Functions: Anticipated travel outside of Savannah is less than 10%. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: An understanding of retention and engagement activities including best-in-class ways to support key business objectives. Expert customer service skills that result in building strong, collaborative relationships with key contacts. Ability to uncover retention and engagement opportunities and translate insights and opportunities into creation of programs with a knack for thinking proactively, anticipating opportunities, and being prepared to act on next steps.

Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking skills. Strong creative instincts and a passion for the business. Trustworthy and demonstrates a can-do attitude, adaptability and flexibility. Gulfstream Customer Support technical or account management experience.
