Word Press e-commerce environments. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in e-commerce operations, user experience, content strategy, email marketing, social media management, paid performance marketing, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Strategy and Planning : Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the successful launch and ongoing optimization of e-commerce websites across multiple brands. Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with the overall business objectives of TBF. Digital Marketing: Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of Hubspot

driven digital marketing campaigns, including email, landing pages and social media. Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Maintain a content calendar that supports e-commerce strategies on various formats (e. g. emails, landing pages, blog posts, etc. ) Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers while fostering loyalty and retention. Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. E-commerce Operations: Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including customer service. Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience

for customers. Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and advertising spend.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce best practices. Strong experience with managing Word Press e-commerce sites and proficiency in Google Ad Words. Proficiency in Hub Spots marketing software preferred Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Impeccable attention to detail Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
