RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for Genesys Cloud AI, in alignment with the companys overall marketing and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the Genesys Cloud AI platform. Create compelling messaging and positioning for Genesys Cloud AI, targeting different buyer personas and vertical markets. Lead the development of marketing
collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, that effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiation of Genesys Cloud AI.
Drive go-to-market activities for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales efforts. Work across marketing to develop and deliver impactful content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and online advertising.
Develop sales tools that support the selling process including first call decks, solutions briefs, white papers, videos, blogs and webinars Provide thought leadership and deliver persuasive presentations at internal leadership meetings, analyst briefings, industry events, webinars, and trade shows Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement. QUALIFICATIONS 10 + years enterprise Saa S marketing, preferably in a multi-product environment Passion for innovation, technology, and driving industry disruption through AI Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in enterprise software solutions Experience in B2 B marketing and knowledge of the contact center or customer experience industry is a plus Mastery of foundational PMM skills - messaging/positioning, GTM strategy, audience segmentation, sales enablement, content creation, market research Ability to prioritize high impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complex projects moving forward Track record of successfully leading, influencing, and collaborating with product management, sales, sales ops and marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and measure marketing effectiveness.
Bachelors degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skill Willing to travel 15% (when travel resumes) Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
