As our first marketing hire, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and implementation of all marketing activity, while creating a solid foundation as we grow our marketing team. You will be in charge of executing marketing initiatives with the support of our team and also agencies and third parties.

What You’ll Do Work with our sales and product teams to define the marketing vision, strategy, and priorities Define, prioritize, and execute marketing outcomes, such as user journey and experience, product positioning,
website development, new product launch plan, blog, sales enablement materials, community development, and paid acquisition Build and manage relationships with external partners (marketing agencies, designers, etc.
) to deliver on marketing activities for content and paid acquisition Plan the growth of the marketing team and recruit and manage highly talented individuals as we scale Generate high-quality marketing content to amplify Explo’s mission and product, including blogs, articles, webinars, videos, social media, etc. What Were Looking For? 5-10 years of marketing experience, at least 3+ years in a marketing role at a high growth startup Experience marketing B2 B software products
and domain experience in analytics/data/BI space is a plus Depth and expertise in core product marketing and serving as the “voice of the customer.
” Experience hiring and managing a small and high-growth marketing team Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with product and engineering teams Ability to work with outside agencies and third parties to ensure objectives are delivered and met on time Experience implementing and utilizing cutting-edge marketing technologies to reach a technical audience If youre interested please apply through the job portal here.
