player in our client's marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence in digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and implementing cutting-edge strategies to enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate is a creative and proactive problem solver, skilled in using quantitative methods and analysis to forecast and drive Programmatic channel performance.
Responsibilities: Partner with the Programmatic lead to create robust audience-first data-led programmatic strategies and tactical plans that address the business objectives of our client's brands with a keen eye for B2B marketing objectives and targeting. Campaign creation and optimization within our
preferred buying platforms (DSPs) across all self-serve programmatic channels (Display, Video, Audio, d OOH, Native, etc. ). Own operational tasks including audience and performance forecasting, budget management, creative trafficking, budget reconciliation, and post-campaign analysis.
Maintain and create a regular cadence of reports to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and keep stakeholders informed of performance. Proactively work with partners internally and externally to troubleshoot and implement solutions as required to enable efficient campaign delivery and performance. Provide insights on campaign performance to pair against reporting provided by our analytics partners
internally. Develop and evolve skillsets to keep up with the changing media buying landscape, inclusive of new partners, ad tech, and measurement capabilities.
Keep internal teams educated on the capabilities of programmatic and innovations that can be utilized within their paid marketing efforts. Qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Education: Bachelors (required)3-8 years of Programmatic Media Buying and Trading experience. Hands on experience buying in DSPs (demand-side platforms) or similar bidding ad technology. Experience in the complexities of executing programmatic media globally (with a focus on US, EMEA, LATAM, APAC markets) (moved this to required).
Experience purchasing media for B2B clients, in partnership with or within an agency or with a client directly (moved this to required). High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and Power Point.
