Duties/Responsibilities: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will lead a variety of projects and day-to-day company operations including: Developing and leading influencer campaigns, identifying new influencers, and backssing their qualifications.

Managing the whole influencer marketing cycle, from reaching out to content delivery. Negotiating and contracting influencers, facilitating product seeding and onboarding, and securing advertising rights for the content. Providing recommendations on contracted deliverables per influencer and activation strategies. Reviewing influencer contracted deliverables regularly. Creating and delivering

influencer briefs and messaging guidelines. Maintaining relationships with influencers and being the lead for any queries. Coordinating with the accounting and logistics teams to ensure that influencers' content is delivered on time.

Reporting on influencer performance using analytics software, preferably having basic marketing analytic skills such as SQL for marketing analytics. Keeping the team up to date on the influencer's trends, rising stars, emerging trends, and best practices. Experiencing across channels and facilitating posting on Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, Podcast, blogs, and more. Supporting company communications outside of " traditional" business hours. Completing

other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: This position will be responsible for leading a variety of projects and day-to-day company operations including, but not limited to: Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.

Minimum 3 years' experience in influencer marketing. Demonstrate knowledge in the areas of social and influencer strategy. Strong understanding of influencer marketing, contracting, and performance backssment. Strong relationship skills, knowing how to manage relationships and communications professionally and positively. Actively engage with social media.

Experience with Influencer Marketing Management Software- Upfluence preferred. Experience living off the grid and camping preferred. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strategic problem solver; self-starter; high degree of creativity to find new ways to achieve team goals Mastery in, and passion for, all social media channels, including but not limited to FB, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, and Tik Tok Working Conditions: Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift Will lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
