to complete solar kits, we pride ourselves on supplying top-of-the-line off-grid solar equipment. Position Overview: Renogy is seeking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will Collaborate with multiple teams within the company.
The graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. The position requires to work cross-culturally with the graphic design/marketing team overseas and the marketing department in the USA to deliver
engaging content that meets the expectations of our customers. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, dedicated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing teams, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects. Review and collaborate with other designers while giving constructive feedback. Examine existing processes, identifying
flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities. Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity. Qualifications: Verbal and Written fluency in English.
Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. 5+ years' experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Figma, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Verbal and Written fluency in Chinese is a plus. Physical Requirements: Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
Will climb stairs daily. Will lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds occasionally. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist frequently. May stoop, kneel, or bend, occasionally. Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to, steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards) Other: Other duties as assigned
