We're looking for a Head of Marketing who can see the vast
opportunities in all this and will work to make it a reality. This role will be responsible for supercharging our growth by driving broadscale awareness, engagement and evangelization of Catalyst's platform across the healthcare ecosystem: physicians, patients and payers.
This individual will also have responsibility for growing a new consumer brand for patient-facing and employer-facing services, as we elevate expectations for what primary care should be in the lives of the people we serve. We know that's a lot, and that we're looking for someone exceptional. The work we're undertaking demands nothing less. Responsibilities: As a member of the organization's executive leadership team,
you'll shape the go-to-market strategy and thus, the specifics of your role.
But a snapshot of general responsibilities include: brand and solution marketing, stakeholder acquisition and engagement, digital marketing, events and communications You'll generate awareness, understanding and action among physicians and their staff, patients, consumers and payers/employers-all driving toward helping communities thrive through a personalized, outcomes-focused and sustainable model of primary care. Lead strategy and execution of omnichannel marketing plans for provider, patient/consumer and payer/employer audiences, aligned with Catalyst's vision that relationship-driven, technology-enabled primary care can be the unlocking mechanism for dramatically improved health throughout our country Direct a data-driven approach for: 1) client/physician engagement that deepens understanding and use of Catalyst's platform of solutions 2) physician demand generation and lead nurturing to expand the Catalyst Network 3) patient and consumer marketing to support practice and physician goals for growth and performance Continue to develop Catalyst's narrative as a pioneer and market leader in value-based primary care through our technology-enabled, team-based model.
Expand the reach of that narrative to additional audiences (employers, brokers, consultants) and through new channels (through member practices as well as direct-to-patient) Lead the delivery of cross-functional support to growth/account management teams through the entire client lifecycle-from initial prospecting through ongoing client success-including market research/market intelligence and stakeholder sentiment tracking (i.
e. satisfaction surveying, Net Promoter program, etc. Build and optimize standard marketing capabilities to address the evolving needs of the organization (i. e. digital marketing, solutions marketing, creative services, strategic communications and content, event marketing, etc.
) Foster a culture of continual development feedback and ongoing innovation/improvement backss and manage team and resource needs, consistent with goals of the broader organization Qualifications and Requirements: 15+ years of expertise leading growth-minded and purpose-focused, healthcare marketing teams that span multiple disciplines (brand, demand, digital, communications, events) Proven ability to weave purpose, vision, values and transformative impact into messages and through channels that reach diverse audiences in compelling ways Collaborative and accountable leader who balances left-brain and right-brain thinking to work toward outsized results for the organization Knowledge navigating, influencing and moving healthcare stakeholders-many of whom will sit outside your immediate scope of managerial control Big thinker and expert doer who can scale the impact of marketing while still actively participating in the creation of deliverables (i.
