Organizes community outreach programs and coordinates special events on behalf of Cedars Development, or when requested, the Coquille Indian Tribe, that will influence public opinion and/or promote the Tribal One businesses, services or vision of the company.

As requested, participate in leadership meetings, strategic goal setting and goals and objectives related to economic development in Jackson County. backss the worth of economic development activities for evaluation and consideration that support the economic interests of the Coquille Tribe. Present to Tribal Council or Tribal One CEO, including an analysis and recommendation in

presentation. Respond to inquiries from community members, other interested parties and relays information to/from business leadership as needed. Serve as liaison between business objectives and resources-partners within the Coquille Tribal organization.

Participate in local industry boards and committees that supports the economic interests of the Tribe in Jackson County. Lead general business development in Jackson County in market research, competitor analysis, market forces, industry size, market needs and technology innovation. Attend Tribal Council's quarterly workshops with Tribal One leadership to report on quarter performance and outcomes of economic activities. Other duties

as assigned. Requirements: Five (5) years' experience in a professional role that requires interfacing with high level stakeholders such as industry boards, Chamber of Commerce's and C-suite executives.

Active member of Jackson County board or economic development associations or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business administration or similar degree required. Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships and achieving goals required. Ability to achieve results by working both independently and as a part of a multi-disciplinary team fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. Proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
