About the Team The marketing team at Whatnot is responsible for telling stories, creating experiences, and creating demand which bring buyers and sellers closer to the products
and people they love. Within the Go-to-market team, we are focused on expansion of our category suite and the continued growth of sellers and buyers on the platform.
As our Seller Product Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee launch, feedback, growth and expansion of the products we put in the hands of our sellers to help them scale their businesses and succeed on the platform.? Role Strengthen the relationship between Whatnot and our seller community by effectively launching new products which drive their business and deepen their usage and affinity for selling on Whatnot Drive awareness and adoption of seller facing products Reduce churn by providing world-class seller products to improve their business on Whatnot Increase adoption and use of seller products and tools Own the feedback loop from the seller community regarding key products back to the product, engineering, marketing and GTM teams Help sellers grow their business - partner with seller success teams to develop marketing best practices, case studies, etc.

As our Seller Product Marketing Manager you should have 6-8+ years of marketing experience in a fast paced environment, plus: You’ve worked to put tools in the hands of users which have scaled from zero to one, driven meaningful business impact High-growth startup, marketplace or creator-focused platform experience You’ve been an IC in a high growth startup in a product marketing specific role You can speak to a variety of products you’ve launched, grown, iterated based on performance and feedback and share results You can speak to the core metrics you were an owner of and how you drove direct impact to those metrics You have a super power in XFN relationship building and partnership You are a problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to fully own strategy and content across your category You’re unafraid to roll up your sleeves to help solve problems, develop campaigns, write copy, and build creative You have experience tracking KPIs and monitoring success for marketing programs You are scrappy and flexible enough to work in a fast-paced startup environment with limited guidance, and are comfortable pivoting quickly as needed?
