Act as the creative compass for content planning. Identify key themes, topics, and formats that support our marketing goals. Create content that informs, inspires, and engages our target audiences. Your toolkit includes research-driven playbooks, blog posts, social posts and stories, bylines, emails, web copy, videos, presentations, and more. Build out content distribution strategies that extend our reach and captivate audiences. Dive into data analytics to fine-tune content
for maximum impact on search engines and the user experience.
Continuously explore and experiment with new content formats, approaches, and channels. Actively drive the adoption of AI for content creation across the team to increase speed-to-market and creativity. Tailor our content strategy for key regions worldwide. Ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences and suits regional nuances. Act as the guardian of our brand voice and ensure all content adheres to Asana’s written brand guidelines. All content should resonate with our style, quality, tone of voice, and messaging. Build and execute strategies alongside Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Corporate Messaging, Comms/PR, Design, and other stakeholders.
About you 10 years of experience in content marketing with expertise in the enterprise technology or software industry. Proven experience leading and managing large teams. Ability to set strategy and be hands-on in the work. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with and across all levels of the organization. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Proficiency with content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong project management skills. Experience with Asana is a plus. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, were committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $241,000 - $325,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively backssed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
