Role Description: The Customer Marketing team fuels marketing and supercharges sales with inspiring and relevant stories about customers who are passionate about Salesforce and want to share their company's success with our products. The Customer Marketing data analyst will be responsible for developing

and handling internal systems, reports, and dashboards that support the Customer Marketing team's goals and share our successes to the executive team and broader organization.

This role must understand the impact and value of data and metadata quality across the business. This individual must excel in data analysis and problem-solving, and have the ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate their findings. They must act independently and be able to own the analysis, recommendations, and impacts of assigned projects. This person must also be able to be successful in an unstructured, geographically distributed, team-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience

working with large, sophisticated data sets, have exceptional analytical skills, and excel in solving abstract problems.

The candidate must be comfortable spending hours analyzing data sets in order to recognize trends and must enjoy finding patterns in data. The right candidate should be able to think of out-of-the-box approaches to solving business problems as no two problems are the same. The individual must demonstrate an ability to be a self-starter and be prepared to roll their sleeves up to get the job done! Our team moves fast, so the ideal candidate will know how to ask the right questions to get help and remove roadblocks. Responsibilities: Handle the 3rd party Customer Engagement Hub platform in partnership with internal BT team Synthesize business requirements to potentially move Customer Engagement Hub to Salesforce platform (Org62) Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, Salesforce Reports, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Business Objects Investigate data problems and perform investigation analyses to help guide recommendations.

This includes the ability to work with inputs from several cross-functional teams to be able to summarize trends and the root cause of any current state issues. Provide standard methodologies and support to business leaders with respect to data quality improvements and automation Build & run customer marketing activity reports weekly to feed into CRM Analytics dashboards Build & run available customer story reports weekly to feed into CRM Analytics dashboards Build & run Customer Reference Program activity report to track the Virtual Reference Meeting quota Develop Salesforce reporting for additional metrics to tie customer marketing activities to broader company goals Update & maintain customer story overview executive briefing docs Additional ad-hoc projects to support the broader team Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role Knowledge of CRM Analytics and Tableau reports and dashboards.

Advanced knowledge of Excel or similar tool Intermediate SQL experience Flexibility to work across multiple time zones Preferred skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Business / Mathematics or similar field The ability to analyze, model, and interpret data Ability to multi-task while running deadlines, ability to perform well under pressure, and ability to work independently Ability to work across multiple teams and establish relationships to understand business operational process complexities Ability to proactively QA your own work to ensure quality standards and requirements are met Ability to identify & communicate road blocks proactively Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce object model & SOQL experience preferred Accommodations If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
